We’ve been secluded (or most of us) for around SIX WEEKS now! It’s hard to believe what has changed in the world we live into day. We have made great strides in alleviating pollution in the air with sheltering at home. The question is, what will you do to keep the momentum moving forward towards making our planet a healthier place to live in for ourselves and for our future littles when this is over.

Not much will change for me, as I already try to do my part by living in a small place, buying recycled clothing, recycling the majority of my trash, driving an eco friendly car, and supporting the communities protecting our land and natural environments. I do however, plan to continue my support of these organizations, such as the Gallatin Valley Land Trust in the future by donating 1% of my income to them for the year and volunteering when I can.

THE EARTH HAS MUSIC FOR THOSE WHO LISTEN.
William Shakespeare

What motivates me is spending time in nature. There is something very powerful and grounding about surrounding yourself with trees, streams, and views that go beyond your sight. This is the reason I live in Montana, because of the easy opportunities to social distance naturally. Twenty-five years ago this place stole my heart, and has held it captive every since.

My drive is to educate and train individuals to spend time in the outdoors growing into strong and resilient leaders. Tapping into the natural leadership abilities and strengths people carry within them already. I focus on building resilience, empower and transform people to grow and change to better adapt to personal professional life choices.

Nature has the most brilliant way of adapting to its’ environments and conditions that surround it. As a metaphor for life, you too can grow and rise into a leader, steady like a tree with the ability to sway with the wind.

If you want to learn my skill sets from my lessons of being an outdoor leadership guide for last 15+ years on building resilience and empowerment, alleviating fear sign on now, for my Build a Mountain of Resilience workshop this weekend.

Stay safe my friends, am sending you love and health. Diana
