The state of Montana is slowing opening it’s doors, along with the great outdoors. Outdoor Alliance made this great image of what it takes to stay safe in the outdoors during a pandemic. The rules are basic and easy to handle. Recreation and the outdoors is a huge part of our lives (at least here in Bozeman, Montana), and staying safe is key. Not only should we not be taking unnecessary risks, but remembering to keep our friends safe from Covid-19.

Spending time in nature is healing and being mindful in so many ways. Not only does it help clear the mind, it can alleviate stress and lower anxiety levels. It’s the key ingredient to keeping grounded for everyday life. I hope that you will be able to get outside, adventure and explore, but remember to do so keeping yourself and those around you safe.

Be well. Diana
